Billy Zane was in Back to the Future?!

Turns out Billy Zane (known from Titanic, The Phantom, Zoolander, and for just being a really cool guy) played one of Biff's goon's in Back to the Future. Who knew right? Don't believe me? Then who is that incredibly familiar looking guy on the far left? I now feel compelled to watch the second film to see if he makes another appearance.
